We do it differently. Jay designs your ring with you. He sketches ideas on paper. He shows you 3D renders on screen. Then he walks into our workshop and makes it himself, by hand.
His family has been doing this for seven generations. Over 200 years of craft passed down through hands, not manuals. When you collect your ring, you're meeting the person who made it.

See the Design
We create a 3D model of your ring. You'll see exactly what it looks like from every angle before we start making it. Want to change something? Easy. This is where we get it perfect.
Watch It Being Made
Your ring is crafted in our workshop at Orion. From Greenbank, it's about 13 minutes to pop in and see the progress. Most people visit at least once during the process. It's something special to watch.
Collect Your Ring
Pick up your finished ring, beautifully presented with all certifications. Then it's over to you for the proposal. Need to hide it somewhere safe until then? We can help with that too.

Yes. Some customers have a family diamond they want to use, or they've bought a stone separately. Jay will assess it to make sure it's suitable for the design you have in mind, then create a setting that shows it off perfectly.
Off the shelf rings are mass produced overseas and shipped to stores. Custom means Jay designs your ring based on what you want and makes it by hand in our Springfield Central workshop. You're involved in every decision, you can watch it being made, and the result is something nobody else will ever have.
Custom engagement rings start from around $3,000. The price depends on the diamond or gemstone you choose, the metal (gold, platinum, etc.), and how detailed the design is. Jay works with all budgets and will never pressure you to spend more than you're comfortable with.
Most custom engagement rings take 4 to 6 weeks from design approval to completion. If you're working to a deadline like a holiday or anniversary, let Jay know upfront and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes. We offer Afterpay and Zip Pay for spreading the cost over time. We also have traditional lay-by where you pay it off at your own pace and collect the ring when it's complete. Most customers pay a deposit to start and the balance when the ring is ready.
