LIFETIME GUARANTEE ON WORKMANSHIP

On jewellery we design and supply, we guarantee the metalwork and workmanship for life. That covers the quality of the casting and the metalwork - claws, shanks, settings and solder joins - where the metal used is new metal supplied by us. If something cracks, or a part breaks away, we put it right.

Not covered: accidental damage; normal wear; rings bent, squashed or knocked out of round; work carried out by another jeweller; and pieces made using metal supplied by the customer.

Included for life, on pieces we have designed for you: cleaning, polishing and claw checks whenever you are passing.

We always recommend insuring your jewellery. A guarantee covers our work - insurance covers accidents, loss and theft.

This guarantee applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them.

All products sold by Springfield Jewellers are subject to the Australian Consumer Law.

The guarantees made under the afore mentioned Law are that the goods sold to consumers will:

- Be of acceptable quality – meaning they will do what they are made to do, and they are acceptable in appearance and finish

- Be fit for a particular purpose that a customer may enquire about

- Match the description given in any advertisements or marketing communications

- Match the sample or demonstrated model

- Be owned by the consumer upon it being purchased from our store
