Our workshop is right here at Orion Springfield Central. When Jay finishes your ring, he doesn't put it in a shipping box. He hands it directly to you. If you ever need it cleaned, resized, or checked, you come back to the same person who made it.

Watch It Being Made
Your ring is crafted in our workshop at Orion. From Spring Mountain, you're about 6 minutes away. Many customers drop in to see the progress. It's pretty interesting to watch.
Collect Your Ring
Pick up your finished ring, beautifully presented with all certifications. Then it's over to you for the proposal. Need to hide it somewhere safe? We've got you covered.

Questions We Get Asked
Spring Mountain is about 6 minutes by car from our shop at Orion Springfield Central. Head towards Springfield Central via Sinnathamby Boulevard - it's a straight shot. Plenty of free parking at Orion.
Absolutely. Many people bring in a family heirloom diamond or a stone that has special meaning. Jay will assess it and design a setting that shows it off properly. We can also source stones if you prefer.
We work with 18ct white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, and platinum. Each has its own character. Jay will explain the pros and cons of each and help you choose what suits your design and lifestyle.
Custom engagement rings at Springfield Jewellers start from around $3,000. The final price depends on the diamond size and quality, the metal you choose, and how complex the design is. Jay will work with whatever budget you have.
Every ring comes with our lifetime care promise. That includes free cleaning, checking the setting, and minor adjustments. If something needs repair, we do it in house because we made it in the first place.
We accept Afterpay and Zip Pay if you want to spread the cost. We also offer traditional lay-by. Most people pay a deposit upfront and the balance when the ring is ready.
