At Springfield Jewellers, Jay sketches your design by hand. He shows you 3D renders so you know exactly what you're getting. Then he walks to our workshop and makes it himself.

See the Design
We create a 3D model of your ring. You'll see exactly what it looks like from every angle before we start making it. Want changes? Easy. This is where we get it perfect.
Watch It Being Made
Your ring is crafted in our workshop at Orion. From White Rock, it's about 8 minutes to come and check on the progress. Most people find an excuse to pop in at least once.
Collect Your Ring
Pick up your finished ring, beautifully presented with all certifications. Then it's over to you for the proposal. Need to hide it somewhere safe? We've got you covered.

We're about 8 minutes from White Rock by car. Head towards Springfield Central via Sinnathamby Boulevard and you'll find us inside Orion Shopping Centre with plenty of free parking.
Absolutely. Many customers bring us stones from grandmothers' rings or other family pieces. Jay will assess the stone, discuss design options, and create a new setting that honours the original while giving it new life.
First, you book a free consultation with Jay. You'll chat about what you're looking for, your budget, and any ideas you have. Jay then creates a 3D rendering so you can see exactly what it'll look like. Once you approve it, we start handcrafting. The whole process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Custom engagement rings at Springfield Jewellers start from around $3,000. The final price depends on the diamond size and quality, the metal you choose, and how complex the design is. Jay will work with whatever budget you have - there's no minimum.
That's completely normal. About half our customers come in without a clear idea. Jay will ask questions about her style, what she wears, what she likes. He'll show you options and sketch ideas. By the end of your first chat, you'll have a direction.
We accept Afterpay and Zip Pay if you want to spread the cost. We also offer traditional lay-by - you pay it off over time and collect the ring when it's paid. Most people pay a deposit upfront and the balance when the ring is ready.
